The approach we take, have common themes, to all areas which Flo can help with; physical and mental fitness, general life wellbeing, work efficiency and success.

This is because all our work is underpinned by a set of guiding principles, which provide a foundation from which each part is grown and developed.

Having stumbled across a mental space which allowed us to be healthier and more effective in our lives, we spent time reflecting, contemplating and discussing, how best to distil this, so it made the most sense and could be communicated to others.
